SPEAKER_01

Hello and welcome back to the Royal House of Goose. We're back on with one of my oldest politically involved friends. What's it been now, three, four years or so? And she is pretty much the sole person I've ever met that actually knows how to petition their government and get shit done. As phenomenal as it would be if more than four people would show up to committee meetings, maybe listening to this podcast will help you, you know, not suck as an American because I'm feeling kind of mean today. She has been a lobbyist for veterans against the VA, unpaid lobbyist. I want to be clear on that. Special interest is not standard lobbyist and is probably one of the most sleepless, hardworking, wild child peoples I have ever met. Miss Kimberly, you want to jump in with a little bit of your background?

SPEAKER_00

Hi, uh, my name is Kimberly Moyers. I work with Veterans for America First. Uh, didn't end up there. I started realizing that people aren't talking to their legislators except on social media. They don't know how the process works. So I started getting in there and talking to my legislators and learning how to write bills and get things done. And it's been going on for almost five years now. And getting legislation passed, I wrote the Anti-Red Flagging Act in the state of Texas, which was a good pushback against the Department of Veteran Affairs to remove gum grabs on February 17th of this year.

SPEAKER_01

So, what is the significance if, you know, let's say a Texan is in their capital and they hear the legislators whispering about white hat is coming? Now, what what does that mean? White, white, uh, white cowboy hat.

SPEAKER_00

Oh God, that I'm coming to sit there and I'm not gonna back down and we're gonna sit there and put our veterans first straight up. Uh, you know, I'll I will say this when you're in the legislature and working things, it's not red versus blue. It's finding North Star issues and veterans are North Star issues completely. So it's it's very easy to walk into a Democrat's office and very, very good to walk into a Republican's office. However, they are so detached from the veteran community, our legislators, because they don't want to touch it. Because once they touch veterans' issues, they're going to be seen either as friendlies or enemies, and it's going to, as we've seen in the media, just cause a lot of disruptions. The the left will sit there and say you're attacking veterans when they're really standing up for uh the unions. And the Republicans will be overshadowed because frankly, they don't know how to talk to the media. They don't know how to put together true grassroots campaigns. They think they're grassroots, but the full term is grassroots activist, and they don't activist at all.

SPEAKER_01

So, what makes you different than you know, protest versus petition, the 65-year-old grandmother in a dick costume yelling about fascism? Like, what's the actual protocol and procedure that you go through that most people don't think about that forces them to listen to you?

SPEAKER_00

I think that's the what's miscastreated about activists, Republicans, and conservative activism as a paid protest by these silly people. And when activism is actually going up again, talking to your legislators, and talking with running bills, actually talking to attorneys to get things done. And yes, I will say this is it is going to cost you money. Absolutely. But I'm seeing a shift now in our country because it looks like uh our country, our government in particular, has just lost control of the narrative. And that's something new that we're we're trying, we're we're seeing. So I think a lot of our conservatives are upset that if they're going to be had and given a lot of uh disinformation, and that's why there's pushback from our legislators.

SPEAKER_01

So just to you know, shoot the elephant in the room in the face, real quick, and people hear lobbyists, they cringe because of the special interest lobby.

SPEAKER_00

You want to just touch on what the difference between what you do as a citizen versus a commercial lobbyist, should we absolutely, because there is a lot of misinformation out there, and again, the media sitting there like it's either taxpayer-funded lobbyists or you know, special interest groups. And we don't want to get rid of lobbying in particular because I'll give you an example for you conservatives. There's right to life groups, there are anti-vaccine groups that are there that push medical freedom. Those groups need their voices and they are lobbies. However, they're not pay lobbyists to fund them. Some are run by donations by the public. We are not, I have never taken a donation. And but what happens is that these special interest lobbyists are the ones that are being called upon in in Congress, absolutely, or in your state legislature, and what they do is they filibuster the committees, and you as a civilian are left with one minute, two minutes to three minutes to go testify while a special interest group gets, you know, 30 to 40 minutes, or sometimes the government will call on the government, which is a very big tactic. I'll say the workforce commission, and they'll make them testify, and/or executive branches within the government, and the oversight is appalling. And we've seen that, and that's what the American people are frustrated about is that when they get in there, they they just straight up lie. And the research that they bring before the committee is the best outcome that they feel is correct, not what's actually on paper. When the committee will sit there and say, hey, get me those numbers, get me that research, I watch it on paper. It's like the executive and the government is so big, so out of control, that even Congress, the local legislatures cannot get that information. And what they do is they sit there and filibuster to the point that you have to wait until the next term. And, you know, that's one of Nancy Mace's biggest push is that these executive branches within our government are so big that they're self-governing. And they're then, and and you know, I was at our fraud, waste, and abuse committee last month, and I was the only Texan that that came up that was not called on to testify against fraud, waste, and abuse. And that's the also thing is conservatives believe that someone's coming to save you. No one's coming to save you. You're a lot of them think, well, our veterans will stand up, they're not gonna stand up for you. You they they can't. They have been ignored for so long that they're not they're not gonna, they're not standing up for you. You have to care about people and their issues as well. And then they'll probably stand up for you.

SPEAKER_01

I'll never forget that day. I think it was in the first month you knew me that you said the VA was for dead veterans. Never stopped thinking about that, watching the way they work, they pass how they use them.

SPEAKER_00

Well, you know, it was actually just proven on the 30th of June with MK Ultra. They use Palo Alto VA system to literally kill veterans and experiment on them. So, yeah, so it can honestly be said now the VA was used to kill veterans, and it was uh funny that Tim Burchette actually hinted at what is called Havana syndrome, and that operation happened in 2016. So, is it so true today? Maybe.

SPEAKER_01

So a lot of people, especially when I go up against Texans, you know, I'll joke with them to break their barrier a little bit. Shit, like, you know, they've they've got inferiority complex because Alaska's bigger, or they suddenly my main problem with Texans, Kevin. I'm gonna say this, obviously, excluding yourself, maybe the one person I'm excluding here, is that the pride in being Texan has overshadowed actually doing the work to keep Texas, Texas, right?

SPEAKER_00

Like, yeah, absolutely. So their fathers, these these are let's let's be real, let's call it what it is. It's called the Karen Texan. Because let's face it, the ones that you come up against most of the time are female. And they're little know-it-all bitches, aren't they? Absolutely. And what they don't understand is that they conflate their feelings with actually what's going on. And uh, some of these people are actually what I call the Texas transplant, too. Those people come in just because they move here, they like, I'm a Texan now, so I can be belligerent and absolutely arrogant, and and that's what they do. Well, I'm a Texan, so I can say so this. And he turned out they're from fucking Milwaukee, and you can tell because they're from the Midwest, because Midwesterns take four hours to say goodbye.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you gotta do the whole pat your knee thing and the ritual of the nod four times on run.

SPEAKER_00

The original Texans here, they they used to go out to the Capitol, and we saw it with uh you know the last generation, I would say the greatest generation before the boomer generation. They they were very active in their Texas Capitol because Texas is so unique, unlike any other state. We're only in session five months every two years. The state of Texas fully believes in limited government, so they only run their government five months out of two years.

SPEAKER_01

I remember in the early days when it was you, me and Bill. And if y'all want to go meet Bill, he's the first episode on the the podcast. Kim was actually the very first episode on the first podcast attempt, and it's by the grace of God, we got my favorite person on here. But wonderful, for sure. I don't want to pick any fights. But I I think another misconception I run into a lot when I bring this up to people, you know, why don't you lobby? Is oh, I call, I send emails, and I tell them they can send you a general dismissal email of oh, thank you for your concern, and that meets the criteria. You want to go into like the logbook and standing outside of the door and taking pictures and all the the niche nitty gritties that you've learned in your time.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, so here's the thing. When you are met with that kind of opposition, here's the tricks. Okay, you have the power of social media, there's also power of press releases. Yes, you can be media, you can put your own press releases out there. There are a few free hosting sites. I encourage y'all to do that. So when you're met with opposition, absolutely take a picture outside their door and then write how you were treated. They, they, they, and then you know, use the power of TikTok, uh, Instagram. Sit there, get out your phone, and then uh you're gonna sit there and get some replies real quick. But not every state works the same. Like uh, I will say this like New York sign sometimes uh is very similar to Washington State. So you have to petition your government in order to actually go talk at your government or or petition your representative, which is absolutely weird. And I've heard that a lot, and I've seen them fill out the forms, and it's everything denied, denied, denied. This government is completely out of control. And I found that there's few and far between legislators that will actually listen to you. Tim Bershett is a good one, Nancy Mace is phenomenal at that. Thomas Massey was really good at that. Uh, but the problem is that uh current administrations have uh started taking a notice to that because we've seen some absolutely powerful movements on our government, and this is what drinking the deep state actually looks like. Apologize, my phone goes off quite a bit. And I I have to keep my phone on for uh my veterans.

SPEAKER_01

I understand. You're you're very popular now, and your popularity is actually saving lives, so I can't really contest that. But no, I I try on uh on like Veterans Day and and Memorial Day and the patriotic holidays to get people to do two things. The first is to check in on you know their buddies who are are vets and active, right? The second is go fucking talk to someone like you. Like in a community, you don't need a hundred people out of a thousand to go and petition. You need one person with the backing of a hundred or four people with the backing of a hundred, and they'll carry a lot more weight.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, yeah. I mean, when I walk into a legislator's office, I come with petitions. You know, I've gathered petitions. I I learned how to do that with concerned veterans from America, and they're pretty backstabby as well. I'll say that. And so I'm gonna run you through the process of kind of how you need to do it as your your your as an individual. What you can do is one, always come with your ask, not your complaint. Most people will come in and just shout out at a legislator, okay, you've got to understand they're human too. Humanize yourself straight up and humanize them. You're gonna go a lot farther. A staffer doesn't uh, I mean, they don't know everything. Get that through your expectation. They are watching the same news as you. And because what y'all think, and the American expectation is this is that because they have access to clearances, that they obviously know everything. And they you also put that on the veteran. Just because I had a clearance doesn't necessarily mean that I can go and grab anything and everything I want. A security clearance means ask need-to-know basis. So when you have a legislator sit there and you bring them a problem, they have to one, you have to do a privacy release form or a constituent service request so that they can get access to that information if they need it and go pull it, or they can go and drop talk to that agency. When you come in with your complaint and you don't ask them what to do with that complaint, they can't do anything for you. And and that's their frustration. You have to ask them to do something, you can't just yell at them, and you have to know one basically how your constitution works. And so a lot of people come in there ignorant, and like the the Sharia law thing. There is this thing, ban all Muslims. Well, you can't ban religion. I'm so sorry. That's unconstitutional. But however, you can ban a government, and that's the know-how that you should have. You have to sit there and say constitutionally sound practices, and another thing that people misconstrue is state rights versus constitutional rights. Okay. I'll give you an example. In the state of Texas, or there was a Supreme Court ruling, there were people doing gun grabs in certain states, right? And the federal government in 2015 had to go over and make sure that all 50 states were following the constitution. Okay, because remember we fought the civil war over that. States' rights were more powerful than federal. So you understand that ruling. In 2015, all states had to come to and be complicit to two-way rights. Okay. Now imagine stuff like freedom of speech. Ohio is the worst state for freedom of speech. Here's the thing is that our First Amendment right, is it necessarily in every state? I don't think so. And that's why your civil rights lawyers are battling right now within the Supreme Court on states' levels. And some of your attorney generals that are leftist extreme socialist persuasions are trying to stop the constitution from being in each state. So while you sit there and say, yes, you have constitutional rights, you have to pay attention to your state laws and stuff. So it was really easy because I we had that court case, that Supreme Court case in 2015 to actually ban red flag laws and we could use that to come against the Department of Veteran Affairs. So you really have to know what's really inside your state. More people are paying attention to their federal and not their state. You need to pay attention to the most local level because that's where you live at completely. So you know your federal laws, see what your state constitution says. And some states don't even have that. And some states don't even have their own bill of rights. Okay. Know what they are and then come in, run your problem or your issue to the state legislature, and always ask why. And then if you need a bill, request that. Or you can sit there, AI is a fantastic thing. Uh, you can pre-write a bill absolutely, and just get someone to sponsor it. Now they're gonna send it off to their constitutional attorneys. And in my state, even the Democrats and the Republicans, which I think this is horrible, they all use the same constitutional attorneys within the justice branch. And we've seen the justice branch be completely corrupt, especially with George Sorrow. So it's not necessarily can be trusted. So I use my own constitutional attorneys, but that's how the process works. Then what you do is you pop the bill, and uh once that bill pops, you sit there and you go door knocking with all your legislators, and then on top of that, you want to get a Senate bill at the same time. And when you go into each office, make sure you sign that lovely little logbook, take pictures with your friendlies because they are going to use that as election material. Absolutely, that they met with you. And then once it hits the floor, you make sure you show up to testify. It's not the representative's job to inform you when your bill is going to hit. That's part of we, the people. It is your job. They are not your handler. You are an adult, you are an American citizen, so you show up when you need to. Okay, but they're gonna be some will have time to communicate with you, some don't. And remember, in your state legislators, they sometimes maybe have three to five staffers. Two of those are usually interns, and those kids know absolutely nothing. Your interns are the most deadly weapon because they're no-it-all little pricks who act like they're little rock stars. So make sure that remember they're kids, you be polite and professional, and sometimes they're like you have to tell them in a firm manner, but professional, that they rind them their kids, that you know they're there to oversight on the executive as well, so that you can get your constituency done. And if you can't get it done in that office, there will always be someone to listen. Just keep going door to door.

SPEAKER_01

Brilliant. I think that spares us the tips and tricks. I mean, I think the very last time that we were properly talking about what the hell went wrong was when what was it, the secretary of the VA refused a subpoena, the undersecretary absconded with millions of dollars, and the junior undersecretary committed treason on the Texas House floor, what, four times?

SPEAKER_00

It wasn't on that, it was actually federal. And I believe in his name was Mr. Keith Freel, and he actually testified in the Senate committee. And some of the reason we are absolutely ticked off right now at Doug Collins is he's not firing the people, and these people are really deep in bed with AFGE, which is the unions, and that's something that we really need to get rid of. Unions, unions are are horrible in there because they can be bought with agendas, and they don't represent the voice of their people either. And the loudest voice, and even AFTE and these union knows it is yourself, and so they create these barriers, and then they gag by you in believing that that they're going to stand for your issues, and the AFTE, the biggest one that we're fighting against, and which is the federal workers' union, they believe that they have a right to have a job via a veteran's health care. That is absolute tyranny. I would say it's close to slavery. You don't get to sit there and use people to have a job and definitely use someone's health care to have a job. Doesn't that sound absolutely discriminatory? Because it is, and that's what the left does. They believe that we are threats. You saw that with the creation of DHS Napolitano literally call us veterans terrorists, and we're seeing the programs come out with. Here in K Ultra, that that was true. The government does see veterans as threats. Why? Because we are the most deadly motherfucking force on the planet, and they're terrified us, and that's why they want these gun grabs all us.

SPEAKER_01

So you're national, right? Like you've I I know you didn't run a an anti-VA campaign in in Ohio and you were ripping out the corruption and the frauds and drinking mandolite. Where else have you hid?

SPEAKER_00

Ohio. I'm in Hawaii with the uh absolutely fascinating case uh of the Kennai tunnel base, which was shut down with a PAC Act, which is the water poisoning of our veterans. See in PACT Act, it was not uh Hawaii. Anyone with Hawaii was not covered under PACT Act, and it leads to the Kenai tunnels, which leads to the UFOs and horrible things that our government did again, MK Ultra. And that's the problem, is that we're fixing a complete broken system in Ohio. That was at state level. I have the attorney general right now about to make a ruling on veterans funding since 1991. They looks like they've been taking the veterans funding and then putting it into the general fund. And they've done that with the excuse that, well, the trust wasn't the trustee position wasn't there. Okay. Now, this was looking like to me an accident in government procedures, uh, because usually when you set up trust, you have a trustee, right? We have that here in Texas. We have the money for Texans Veteran Commission, and there's a board there of oversight on that money. In Ohio, they said separate the funds, but there's no board. There's no one to oversight where it goes. So greedy politicians said, hey, we'll just take uh the funding from the veterans funding and put into the general fund, which they weren't supposed to do. And that was just mismanagement of the system because again, it's very hard for civilians to understand how to set up a governance over veterans. And in here's the thing is that the only group that's constitutionally covered, minority group, would be a veteran, period. So so that makes it uh very, very hard. But you know, you see all these other groups, minority groups come up with things. And the fact is they're using almost the footprints of of how veterans had started. And I and I think that's bullshit. Again, ripping off the veteran community and the veterans still aren't being taken care of. I mean, it's been decades, uh, I would say over a hundred years, our veterans have have been given tree like shit. And uh, we're seeing them finally say enough is enough. And the VFW is uh really standing out pretty hard right now. But the VFW shit too.

SPEAKER_01

I noticed. Uh go ahead.

SPEAKER_00

Well, here, oh, another thing to help you out is uh start checking out like your in your your executive branches reports, like your office inspector general's report. You have an issue, go to uh OIG or use your justice system on the reports that come out. You need to use your executive, legislative, and your judicial branch together, find those cases. And with AI, we're actually seeing people gather that information, be more successful, get those public information requests in. And that's why everything's spinning control out of control. And the government's losing the narrative because now people have access to technology. We'll see how long before uh the government interfaces with AI to actually stop you from doing that, because that's what they do, is they waffle the hell out of it, change things to where it's not public information. So let's see how long that goes.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you also have to feed the AI the right sources, right? Like the shit in the codex, because otherwise you're just gonna get bogged down by you know mass garbage.

SPEAKER_00

Well, that's the the great thing about AI. I'll tell you this, is that you can put in plugins within your codes to actually write things that you need. I mean, even lawyers are using AI now, they're winning. But so civil rights violations are astounding. I think the American people are waking up and realizing it everyone and even their neighbors are getting civil rights violations like crazy. And what it is is that there's this absolutely sick freaking mindset. When someone gets in trouble, it's almost based on looks. You're not the hero that we want. We want that blonde haired, blue-eyed bimbo. I'm sorry, but that bimbo is not gonna know how to do this.

SPEAKER_01

You're talking about the tits for Trump?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, that kind of shit.

SPEAKER_01

Fun rally though. You know, I I see uh I've I've been watching your content for a long time, especially on TikTok. You know, you're one of the only pages that actually covers snippets of critical VA meetings and links to them. And you know, also recently you seem like you've become a bit of a kingmaker or an inquisitor, the way you've been going to these political candidates and screening them to see if they're full of bullshit. What's that like?

SPEAKER_00

Well, I'll tell you this is that the people who run for office, and and that's what y'all I will say America also is ignorant of. I mean, I I'll be honest with you, I did cuss out the Republican Party at the state convention, they deserved it, you know, but you don't need the party, you know, you can vote for the vote on your party thing, but if you are sitting here as an individual complaining, whining for no reason, you get to select who you put in office. Absolutely you do. And when they're running their campaigns, that's where you go and you talk with them. And since I'm veteran first, I'm gonna tell you right now, fuck your problems, everyone else. I'm going to be sitting there putting my veterans first and your national security first. Because let's face it, you don't think about things like the fucking CCP and what they're doing to you and your medical because you're too busy paying attention to pop culture politics and what's going on in another state in Nick Shirley. Okay, that's what you're doing, not realizing that you are Nick Shirley, and it's going to be you. So basically, this is that you need to get there when these people are running, and there'll be like, I mean, come on, for Congress, there's gonna be like 12 people go talk to them. And while I talk to them, and you feel that I didn't endorse the wrong the right person uh for for us veterans, uh piss off. I'm gonna do what's right for our veterans, and I'm not gonna really think about you civilians too much. I'm gonna put our veterans first, I'm gonna put our national security first, and I want I want people to to know that a we have an all-volunteer force. So stop weaponizing our military, stop taking away their freedoms, because once you do do that, you're gonna have a socialist-running military. I don't care about your feelings, fuck your feelings. Feelings are laws, and they should never be laws, and that's why I can't stand Republican groups. Because here's the thing it's that there's only Republican women's groups, and uh, you know, they don't understand law, they only understand feeling, but we're the men's group. Oh, you shut them out. And this I here's the thing is that the feminazi movement is full swing in the Republican Party. So basically, this go and talk to your candidates. If you don't want to be a part of the party, don't be a part of the party. Go talk to them and then vote in your primary. Absolutely vote in your primary, talk to them, put the person that you want. And guess what? Most of the time, when you're talking to the people running, you get their phone numbers. Okay, and that's how you, when that person takes office, you can directly talk to them because you will have their phone number and they will remember you because you help them. Put the people you want in office. Most people run because something happened to them and there's a passion. But a lot of people who run don't have the know-how and know how their government works, so that's why there's a lot of promises. And here's the thing: the Republican Party really doesn't like it when I come to meetings because my question to the candidate is what what committees are you getting in? What's your what's the bills that you want to run? And and and sometimes they'll talk about their personal or all the time, they'll talk about their personal issue. But there's some dumbasses that ran and they hoodwinked an entire freaking community because they're like, I'm running on women's sports. I'm so sorry, but we got that out of Texas in the 88, and I didn't see your fucking ass up there testifying, spending money driving there to ban women's sports. But Jessica Steinman fucking won because people are dumb and stupid. That is a state level issue. Okay, why are Republicans growing a government? Okay, fix what's in your backdoor, back backyard, fix what's in your community. And here's the thing: they're like, oh, they're still freaking running men in women's sports. Well, here's the thing. There was an executive order side. I don't know. I went to my AJ's office. Well, that's a state office. The executive order, you need to go to your U.S. attorney's office. And they're like, Well, I don't know what that is. I called Pam Bondi's office. No, you have an assigned district U.S. attorney that you must call and get them to go. Let's see, I had one up in New Hampshire. Nine boys went into a girl's restrooms, right? It's not banned in the state yet. Call the U.S. attorneys on office, boom, lawsuit from the Trump administration against that school. That's how you do it. They can't, government cannot move if they do not know. Okay. And let's we face it here. Uh, the FBI is fucking corrupt. Okay. You're not going to get through. So what you do is you call the FBI, and then you call your your congressman, you put in your inquiry, you say, Hey, the FBI, I put this in, they didn't sit there and do it, and that's where they put an inquiry and say, hey, we put this person put a case in. Where is it at? And then they have to get back with you. It's learning how your government works. And and and the thing is, should the government work this way and this corrupt? No. No, it shouldn't. And and if your attorney if your doesn't get back with you in 90 days, sue the fuck out of them. That's what you're gonna have to do. Uh to pull things in your community into uh to play you can actually uh sue your city without even using uh for money. You just put in a rid of mandamis and boom, it puts everything into comp to comply. And uh you know, you you're gonna have to fix your country. And the fact is, is y'all sat on the toilet on your phones talking on lives and TikTok, thinking you're doing something and and you're gaslighting yourselves. You're not wow, you got me feisty.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, is there any other form of you? Bill does call you the red-headed stepchild for a reason.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, he does.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, you sent it to your face. Lobbyists are the rep red-headed stepchildren, but they have to deal with his legislators.

SPEAKER_00

Well, he actually said I do I do it right, too. I mean, here's the thing, I do get it with the American people. You know, they're they're everyone says to go in and be polite and professional. And and but you have to remind the legislator that it uh sometimes polite didn't work. You train me to be a hard ass. And remind and remind them that you you always start polite and professional, guys. And if they don't uh do what you know, just amp it up and just tell them that you know you uh you trained me to be a dick because nice didn't work, and we're we're seeing that across the board, but you have to actually start the process and then then then freaking get angry. Going to Twitter, going to Facebook is not going to do it, and you wonder why is because you need to learn the power of the archive when you put in a constituent service request or privacy release form, that goes to archive and everything, and that's your power. And and you've seen it by going to the National Archives and looking at things and history that you can pull these things. And if the thing is TikTok, Facebook, all that shit, it's not in the archive. When you put in your constituent serving seat and stuff, you can receipt that's power. That's that's the true power, right? There is is that they confirm that they got it. But your laziness is and complacency is on you. Just because you feel it should be that way doesn't mean it's that way. And the fact is, is that that still has to be legislated. Do you really want to turn over social media to the fucking government? Fuck no. I want freedom of speech. So because of your complacency and your laziness, you want the government on social media to respond to you and you want to give them powers to be that? Fuck you. I'm gonna stand against you 100%. So get up off your ass and use it as we are supposed to. People used to send letters. You have email now. Use it and and use it and go to the proper things, go to a constituent service. Shit, I never fucking say when they say send me an email. All I can only do it on the executive branch, but not the the the Congress or Senate. They'll say, Here's my card, send me an email. Fuck no, I will put it into the conservative uh constituent servicy and I will tag your ass in that your email address in there and your phone number when I put in constituent service because I don't want a goddamn receipt. That's how I do it.

SPEAKER_01

Very dangerous woman, Kim. Although I will say you're a you're a breath of fresh air because you know how I am with my OSINT, right? I follow all 14 cabinets, all the legislative updates I can federally, all the fucking global updates, all this other fucking banking shit. The one thing I never have to worry about being covered, and I have a good faith belief that has been proven over and over again, is that you will in every capacity cover the VA better than I ever could. So it's the it's the one fucking cabinet I don't have to worry about while I'm focused on interior and agriculture and all this shit that to be completely honest with you, I could give a hot rat's damn about. But you beg these people, you beg them to sign up just for updates from the cabinets and quarterly reports, and they won't do it.

SPEAKER_00

They won't do show they they want to listen. And here's the thing is that uh while you're up there, some of these people running their lives, you know, on on TikTok or running your podcast, just the podcasters are whipping it from you and making money. They're not they're they're they're not uh they're not that they're smart, you know. And they're on my TikTok. I see it in the veterans podcast. Oh, look what Kim did. And they sit there and they take the video the one minute or 30 seconds to freaking five-minute clip, and they make it the entirety of their podcast, they rip from me.

SPEAKER_01

Well, they were smart in my case. Because you remember melting deuce every morning, I'd have a conversation on anything from the French constitution, how to liberate Croatia down to what's going on with a local policy. Like everything was always welcome. And even the people who disliked me would leave me up and stop their people from reporting so that they could screen it for information and use it just like you're saying. All it took was one dipshit that didn't, who reported melting goose into the ground. And now I don't even bother to have real conversations on TikTok. I just run around.

SPEAKER_00

I'm off of that machine uh so much because it's it's at the point that people will sit there and say, hey, go get Kimberly Moyers and everything into this podcast and have her speak as a subject matter expert. I don't have time for that anymore because you just want me to conflate your numbers. But you know, I'll say this on the other coin. There are good people, there's a veteran that'll be in distress, and people will send me a link. And but the thing is, is they're very sincere and they're like, this veteran's in distress. Come and help out. I have seen that too. So I am very thankful to TikTok so we can get that veteran connection and the proper phone numbers that they need to go speak to people in Congress and get their whistleblower stuff out as well, because they don't know how to do it, because you have a veteran in pain or uh going through PTSD, which makes it harder. So you have to walk them through it and walk with them. And that's something that our our community has forgotten to do is walk with people. And when I go up to the legislature too, it's that when that bill hits a committee or is having trouble to hit a committee, you bet I send out every fucking phone number that I have, and I have thousands. Every person in email I use social media, phone bank this committee, get my bill to the front. Um we've actually phone banked to for Sheriff Hughes McCormick to get her removed from Congress because she was on oversight and she stole five million dollars from FEMA, and we phone banked it to the point we damn near broke the switchboard in Congress. You couldn't even get through to get her removed from Congress and it worked. So there's things that you can do.

SPEAKER_01

And here's the thing FOIA's powerful things no one ever uses.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, well, the thing is that even the government, the VA, won't respond to their FOIAs. Then I have to call the Justice Department and say, hey, I put in a FOIA, and even then the Justice Department won't necessarily get back to you. I mean, or i they don't even get back to us. And and and that's what it is is we put some of these people in office and then they ghost you, but then with me and my cantankerous ass, I'll come against you pretty hard. Like I, you know, with Doug Collins, the Secretary of Deterrence Affairs. Absolute piece of shit. He's running around talking with steak and shake today. Steak and shake? What? Yeah, he's uh literally saying, Well, they're gonna bypass the uh franchise processing, the feats on a franchise. Well, what the fuck? I don't want to own a goddamn fucking fast food restaurant who cares if they move to beef tallow. I just want my fucking hip fixed. Are you that outrageous that you're doing this? It looks like a mini Mao can't say dong campaign. You're pulling you piece of shit. So I I don't know what's going on, but it's extreme gaslighting, and the veteran community is sick of it. And and and Trump is completely unaware what the the the the the rigor amount rigor mole that's going on.

SPEAKER_01

It's it's just are they still following that thing that you made that the veterans for America first of oh, what the hell was it? The Freedom's Forge plan.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, Freedom Forge is still up and rolling. That's some of the AI data centers. It's some of the reason why I'm, you know, you'll see a lot of these, you're everyone's talking data centers, data centers. It's because of Freedom Forge, because it was Palantir and Divergent Arms that were testifying to Chairman Wickers, Freedom Forge from the Senate Armed Service Committee. And the thing is, is that they're building all of these, trying to get a defense contract, feeding the war machine. And the thing is, is that I get it, you must be dangerous to defend, but at what price are the American people's defense budget is and and people don't understand the number two is the Department of Veteran Affairs. Okay, you take all of that together and your veterans aren't getting care and your service members are overworked, and we're sitting here feeding this war machine. There has to be some balance. I mean, look at EHR. It was supposed to be done what 10 years ago, and it's billions of dollars slushed out. Shit, one person finally got charged with it. But here's the thing, he ain't in jail yet. He's not in jail. He was taking casino chips, bribes, and and and these contractors aren't getting in trouble and it's giving us some problems why we can't have true choice and the BA. And and and and well, here's the thing if you want to get rid of contractors, just get rid of them entirely. Just give us what we had with uh Department of Defense, give us TriCare, let us go on our way. You know, there's there's not much trouble there. But you know, uh get getting government out of medicine is what needs to be. Needs to happen. We've seen that with Dr. Fauci, which also was brought up on NK Ultra, by the way. You know, it's just, y'all gotta pay attention. Veterans are the litmus test to you. And we're the shield. And if we're screening and dying and you are ignoring it and we're losing 44 veterans a day, it's to your own demise. That's why veterans don't feel sorry for you. Because you didn't stand up to protect them. You civilians are our shield. We are not our own shields. That's the way the Constitution works.

SPEAKER_01

True. Is he still honoring the America First policy she put forward at least for the foreign affairs?

SPEAKER_00

He has gone eight shit, that shit crazy. Because when he be when he accepted the position, if you look on Veterans Day, when he accepted the position, he was screaming, true choice, true choice. He ain't talking that no more. He ain't talking any priorities, but he'll sit there and talk uh fries and a shake. That's that was fucking crazy. It's it's it's crazy. We're in a circus.

SPEAKER_01

That's why I take a top-down approach. You gotta look at the backers and play them against each other. It's tragic that it's reached this point, but that's the only way I look at it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and and here's the thing, it's such a big agency. I can't know everything. While the VFW was sitting here paying attention to house armed services, the NDAA is up. I'm like, so you got all these, and and here's the thing is that American Legion and and and VFW, they're all part of the Freemasons. So you know, every time they set up a new one, the Freemasons kind of help them set up their new lodges and stuff. And uh and that's always been a trade tradition. I mean, go look at their poop hats, you know? It's uh so the VFW and American Legion are the same, you know, same coin. And what they do is they pivot against each other to make it look like they're doing something, but you always have to pay dues for representation, and that's why you see a lot of these new groups come up like uh vow 22, uh fuck Grunst off, fuck them hard, fuck them. They're only there to make money off of YouTube, and they have the same phone numbers I do, and they don't share them out because they want to represent you and they want the next book deal. So, you know, you have some amazing things, mighty oaks that are coming up. And and the problem is that yes, America, I don't care who you are, left or right, everyone loves their veterans, so y'all stop that shit right now. The problem is is is is call is these politicians and these unions, okay. I've never I've I used to travel around with microphones and ask people, do you love veterans? Never had one say no, never had one. So, except for this crazy ass Muslim that was in money for the brick in Texas, yeah. He in Frisco, he has no e he doesn't do that, but he's not American. So you have they love their veterans, so they give to these charities, but you're not thinking when you give to a charity, you're still enabling a bad government. Period. There is enough funds and enough money between the Department of Defense and VFW to cover everything. But we're sitting there, if you look at like some of the buildings funds that I posted last year, like there was one building that had nobody in it, and we were paying millions of dollars for this building. And that's part of the slush fund, the grift is these empty buildings. You had buildings with three logins in it. Why are we paying $27 million for months, a month on that building? And you know, you'll sit there and realize that they're actual historic buildings and the VA, they use the VA as a slush fund to protect that building. I'm sorry. Send it up to a privatized, uh, let the public buy it and turn it into a bar or something so we can celebrate freedom. You know, that's it's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. But then on top of that, what's in those buildings is now begging the question because of the involvement of government testing on us and uh the COVID-19. You know, Republicans are stupid within their priorities. They think veterans or or people who were kicked out for the vaccine want back in. No, they want justice because they know they knew that the military was used for that testing. The labs were military, they want justice for the American people and they want to stand for the constitution. That's why a lot of them aren't going back in. Because they're holding to their vows to protect you, civilians, constitutionally, and you're fucking nowhere to be found. And at that point, I'm gonna go ahead and do a plug-in, which Chris won't mind. I need y'all to go watch the COVID documentary, Duty to Disobey. You had veterans active duty stand up to protect your ass, and you're fucking them over. Go watch that and start slamming your officials because these active duty personnel stood up to protect you and you're nowhere to be fed. I think that's my plug-in.

SPEAKER_01

You can keep going. I mean, you've got plenty of things from you know social medias and organizations and drop whatever you need to. You've got the platform.

SPEAKER_00

Well, if uh y'all need to come and find a me out, you can reach out to me at Kimberly Moires. You can find me on TikTok, Facebook, and Veterans for America First Texas or VFAFUS.com. Reach out to us there if we are always looking for volunteers. Unfortunately, we do not take civilians unless you are like a mother, a wife, or a child of a veteran immediately. We also take police and firefighters because God knows. You know, police have police and firefighters, you know, they see at least 400 to 700 traumatic events and for their time in. And then usually acrobat police officer retires within six months, they kill themselves because they lose their purpose. And there's no health care in the world for our first responders and firefighters. And I'll tell you this: it is absolutely normal for a civilian to go to between four and seven tragic events in their lifetime. Do not fucking special, stop turning trauma into your character. I have veteran police firefighters, 400 to 700 times more. They're total badasses. Our stronger group of people support them. And we need more state-run programs, probably not more state-run fire programs. I'm not that size, I would be growing socialism. They need higher retirement checks so they can take their medical in their own hands and go get the service that they need, which I will give private medicine more research because we need to get medical research out of government hands completely.

SPEAKER_01

As a simple podcaster that's not rolling in the dough, but you have offered many times to bring about people of great significance, or stand by what I said. Having you on here is worth more than a thousand political officials and decorated officers. I don't give a shit.

SPEAKER_00

But you really are the backbone of not just Texas, but you know, I I will say this is uh some of her decorator officers, they want to speak, but they're threatened. And and they're there's so many people you have no idea that that feel threatened by their government. And you know, it's not like we know what we're doing when we're in. We don't figure it out until it's out because remember, they only give us a certain piece of the mission. They we we don't figure it out until we're out, guys.

SPEAKER_01

And then that's when the the stress hits of what the fuck did we do for all those that are I'm pretty sure contextually it should go without saying, but and I should probably clarify that you were in the navy.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely, who yah, as the best branch of service, and uh remember the Marines were ours too, bitches. My family is all Navy and all Marine Corps, and I will say this for all you Marines out there. It was my my Marine father who said, Don't go in the Marine Corps, go into the Navy or the Air Force so you can get a job, and y'all fucking know it's true. But even for the I I'll say this is that women have the business being in combat. I'm I'm part Asian, so of course I was good at math, and that's why I was in avionics. You know, it's it's like to me, uh it didn't make sense. My dad made it very clear. It didn't make sense with my my talents to even go into the Marine Corps. It would have been more of a perfect fit, either Air Force or Navy. And I absolutely love the Navy. I'm upset that I got as injured as I did. But you know, I think my family's fought since the revolution of this country. And I think for the first one to go down, I think that was pretty good odds.

SPEAKER_01

You know, it has become something of a ritual for me to ask my military persons here. Do you believe that the Space Force national anthem should have passed muster?

SPEAKER_00

They had that. They actually have an anthem. I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

I was oh my god. No, no, no, it's happening.

SPEAKER_00

I want to hear your real-time reaction on this podcast because I I gotta be honest with you, I was too busy looking at the memes and wondering what you know in the hell Star Trek, Star Wars would be involved in this.

SPEAKER_01

They're actually getting sued by Star Trek because of the use of the Delta.

SPEAKER_00

Oh my god. Are you gonna get it?

SPEAKER_01

Oh yeah, yeah, I'm pulling it up on the phone. I'm not gonna miss the opportunity to hear your your beautiful reaction to this.

SPEAKER_00

Oh gosh.

SPEAKER_01

You're gonna love it.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I saw some memes also like involving starship troopers that were that click the cake for me. Uh I'm sorry, I I got distracting. What's that? Too much of a too much of a temptation.

SPEAKER_01

Nope, not the fancy one, the real one.

SPEAKER_00

Oh god, they like use saboton or something.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, they tried to give me the nicer one.

SPEAKER_00

I love saboton. Damn it.

SPEAKER_01

Hang tight, let me find this.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, I think that that's something you can do. If they got Sabaton to actually write it, that would be kind of sick. But the case the fact is their foreign have better warm music than we do. I mean, look at their uh Audie Murphy song, it's pretty cool. Anyways, while you're finding that, I guess we'll talk a little bit more on how to get civilians involved. If uh when when you actually do get a a bill or legislation, you always get petitions. Do not go to change.org or anything else on that because they're data collecting and they're gonna sell those people's data. Make sure you get it on paper and take that in directly to your legislator. So when you do speak, you have a great foundation. Then after you turn in your petitions, is where you would want to grab uh your friends and neighbors and phone bank. And I'll tell you this: most of your friends and neighbors will phone bank for you. They'll say, absolutely, that that takes five minutes to do that. Or you then on top of that, that's where you use the emails and make sure you get them to write the script, write a script for them, then have them personalize it. They're more willing to absolutely um grab, uh, you know, just copy and paste that and add their name to it and put a little note in there from them. That's something that that they'll do, and that's what gets your bills across the finish line, uh, is actually using people. Um, you know, here's the thing is people, the Republican Party say don't be an issue-based-based voter, don't do that. That's not true. Everyone's issue-based. Uh, please understand that you have things that are important to you, and they use that to sit there to silence you, to make you part of. I I'm so glad we're starting talking a little bit of Star Trek. They'll tie test that there and make you part of their collective. And and when they delegitimize you within the Republican Party, and that gives them more voice. And donors just know that. So stay issue-based, stay free, stay freaking American, and do your freedom. But know your constitution is I was saying. Did you get it? You're out of the way.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, yes, I did, and it's four fucking pages. The Constitution, by the way, go ready. You ready, Kim? Brace yourself.

SPEAKER_02

You watch the line. There's a mosque standing the space.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know.

SPEAKER_02

Shut the fuck up.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not shitting you. What in the I don't think even Spade of Sparta can save that one.

SPEAKER_00

No, it's what in the ever love of Pokemon freak wrote that shit.

SPEAKER_01

It passed muster by two defense secretaries.

SPEAKER_00

That's because they didn't care. They have tinnitus.

SPEAKER_01

Now, to be fair, okay, to be fair, as a gay man, being fair as a man. As a gay man, my judgment comes on the fact that I can recognize it's faggy. I'm not judging the military because I know I'm a safe, but that that is very f it might not even be the gayest.

SPEAKER_00

I'm all for keeping that because now the entire space force is gay. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Love it.

SPEAKER_00

Yep. Well, uh, thank you for having me on, and thank you for ruining my day with that.

SPEAKER_01

Happy to help.

SPEAKER_00

And thank you, uh, everybody. Uh, again, reach out to me, Veterans if you need it. Uh, find us at Veterans for America first, and y'all have a blessed day.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, Kim. Have a great day. That's Kim, and we adore her. She's been one of my day ones getting into the domestic politics world. And as much as I am not a fan of being here, as much as I am on the geopolitical stage, I would be absolutely blind to the inner workings of this country and of our republic without her help. We've fought very hard on our own, and I'm glad she finally has some support because she's the one who shows up, ladies and gentlemen. She's the one who petitions. That is your First Amendment right. Not to protest. You may be granted the procedural ruling and authority and interpretation to protest as a granny a dick costume, but to petition to put in the work. That's how you make change. I'm glad she came on to talk about those tips and tricks you can do to force your legislators' hands. More often than not, the non-responsive, as Bill talks about in episode one. In fact, the two of them were some of my earliest uh friends in the field. God bless them both for coming on this podcast and and helping out the good people of the Royal House of Goose. As always, I've been instructed by my producer to do the standard plug purposes, because cigarettes are $22 a pack, and money, though it grows on trees, does not have value if made out of random trees. So we have a merch store operating now with a series of miasmic, bizarre, and uniquely quirky goods. You may find something interesting on the Royal House of Deuce hubsite, though I would instruct any therapists to not think too hard about what's come out of myself and my co-producers' brains, of course, given that typically, like most Americans, we don't go up there without flashlights and guns. Alright, so we do have an X, of course, you can follow for updates. The Privy Council is updated weekly. We will now be dropping two podcasts a week. Because it's it's going tremendously well, and frankly, a lot of people have volunteered, and there's a lot of tremendous information we're excited to share with you. We also have the Codex Politica, which is, I believe, currently sold out on Amazon. But while they re-up, it should be available in Barnes and Noble and whatever other distributors you may have. As always, it is available in an ebook as well. That is C-O-D-E-X, P-O-L-I-T-I-C-A by Christopher Devino. Hi, it's me. I'm Goose. We also have Chamberpot and a mini-series upcoming about the scandals and the audacities, true and slanderous, surrounding the founding fathers and their time. I believe that one's somewhere in the vein of four to six dollars. It's a 28-page it's it's designed as one of Callendar's pamphlets, effectively. It's it's written like one of his propaganda works with three anonymous sources going back and forth about the audacities of the founders. Also working on a few other books and projects that we'll be excited to share with you shortly. So tune in, sign up, and you'll get the updates. And uh yeah, let's see, Privy Council. I think that's all the things. I'm pretty sure that's all the things. I feel like I missed one thing, and uh I can't wait to get my ass chewed out about it. But yeah, thank you for joining us, and we look forward to having you again in the very near future. Take care. And thank you for joining the Royal House of Beast. Cheers.
